The climate control system was not functioning optimally, which affected the room's temperature. The outdoor coffee tables are a great idea, but their maintenance could be improved, such as more frequent cleaning of the ashtrays. During breakfast, the service was strict, and the staff paid excessive attention to details. A friendlier approach, however, would contribute to a more welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for the guests. Overall, the hotel offers many amenities and comfort, making it a pleasant and suitable choice for anyone wanting to enjoy the city's attractions and atmosphere.

Disappointed from the food, it’s not excellent it’s normal. And nothing more. The staff are amazing specially andrei, he is so professional, knows everything, so welcoming. I guess he is the best hotel worker I’ve ever meet! The hotel is so lucky having such a worker like him and the others in the reception , if I’ll come back to the hotel it’s because the reception staff especially andrei, not because the restaurant

The breakfast is very tasty, with wide range of all types of food including vegetarian options. It was the best part of stay. The staff is very friendly, super nice and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and up-to-date. Only a few minutes walk from the Parliament Building and National Cathedral.
